- All domestic orders of $75 or more will receive free priority shipping. Your order must equal over $75 dollars after all coupons and discounts are applied. Tax does not count towards the free shipping total. Delivery times are approximate but not guaranteed. You also will receive a delivery confirmation number when you order; please note that the USPS does not track mail through the mailstream, and because of this, you may not be able to "see" where your order is when you check the status. Most orders show up within about 1-5 days, some can take up to 14 days. UPS does offer point to point tracking, so if you choose UPS you will be able to track your order.
We ship Monday through Friday. We try to ship most orders the same day, but please allow 24-72 hours for processing of your order. As we make most of our bath and body products and do not store a large quantity (which keeps our inventory fresher) it may take time for your creams and lotions to be made. If there is an item out of stock, we will notify you. If you need your order sent the same day, please place your order and then email us separately using the contact button and we will attempt to get your order out right away, if ordered before 2pm EST.
PLEASE NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : We now ship internationally, but cannot offer free shipping on international orders. Even though we ship orders pretty quickly, (and most people receive their orders pretty quickly), once the package leaves our building, the post office has it, and we all know how the post office can be very unpredictable in their shipping times! Shipping to Canada or any international areas offer no guarantee for the length of time it can take to get to the destination - It can take anywhere from a few days to 3-4 weeks to arrive on the Post office slow days! This is out of our control. PLEASE do not order internationally if you cannot wait the length of time it could take to your country - the USPS has no way of guaranteeing a specific amount of time. So far most customers have told us they receive their orders within 10-14 days, but SOME have taken as long as 1-3 months.
International orders are untraceble, and the delivery of these orders are subsequently reliant on overseas postal services. In the event of an unusual delay, we cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. The customer agrees that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to refund of an order.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
International orders shipped outside the U.S. can take anywhere from 10 days to several months to arrive. As of Oct. 2002 (same is true now in 2008), shipping to some international countries seem subject to very long delays, sometimes even months. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from our website if you cannot wait the length of time it can take to get to a country outside the United States. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. These shipments are out of our control once they leave the United States, and we have had some customers state it takes only a few days, while some customers say it takes up to 1-4 months to arrive. Please do not order if you do not understand this.
For international customers, some countries may also charge customs fees on your package. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. This is beyond our control, and therefore all of the customs and duty charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We try to accurately value the cost of goods in your package and cannot be responsible for additional charges levied by your local Customs officials. We also do not undervalue our items for Customs purposes, as it is unethical and illegal to do so.
If you refuse a package because you do not want to pay the customs duties, we end up getting charged on our end, and we will charge your card for those fees. Due to the nature of bath & beauty products there are no returns on these items. We cannot guarantee the purity once it has left our facility and returned, thus it cannot be resold. - Privacy & Security
- We respect the privacy of our newsletter subscribers and customers. We do not sell, rent, or loan our subscriber or customer lists to third parties for e-mail marketing.
- Returns & Replacements
- We CANNOT acccept returns on opened products, according to Federal laws. Due to health reasons, opened makeup, used brushes, body creams, skin care, hair products, anything that is used or anything with a broken seal, cannot be returned; we do offer trial sizes of most things on our website if you want to test a product before buying a full size. Brushes are non-returnable. We are unable to make any exceptions to this policy for health reasons. No returns will ever be accepted without prior authorization so please email us first if you wish to return an unused product.
Any legitimate returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not refund shipping costs on the return or exchanged items if the return was not a result of our error. - Ordering
- NOTE: At this time, LureBeauty, Inc. does not carry or ship any hazardous materials.
All beading items should be supervised by an adult when in the presence of small children as they may become a choking hazard. Beaded items should not be used around children under the age of three. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. We also now accept Google Checkout payments. International orders must be paid via paypal, since our merchant cannot process Address Verification unless you are within the United States. Orders placed via credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Most orders are shipped the same day. Prices are subject to change without notice.
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. LureBeauty.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. - Limitation Of Liability. Any use or misuse of any purchase made from Lurebeauty.com is the customer's responsibility. J.A.W. Products, Inc, the owner of LureBeauty.com, is not responsible for, and will not be liable to you for any claims, causes of action or damages. In purchasing products from LureBeauty.com, you release and discharge the owner, J.A.W. Products, Inc from any and all claims, causes of action and damages. You further acknowledge that LureBeauty.com does not guarantee delivery dates.
- Product Color Please note we do try to show colors as accurately as possible, at times colors may vary slightly from the way they appear on your computer screen. We have come to notice that different monitors show colors differently. Since we are unable to accept returns on open makeup, please try a sample if you are unsure of a color.
- Availability of Product All items are made based on availability of inventory supplies. All efforts are made to have the product on hand, however, we reserve the right to backorder and/or cancel any item deemed necessary. If a product is discontinued, you will be notified by e-mail. We are not responsible for a wrong address so please carefully check the name, address and zip code of the recipient. If a package comes back to us and we have to reship it to you, we will charge the appropriate shipping charges to have it reshipped. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may be assessed a $10 surcharge after delivery if such charges are billed to us through UPS. Shipping and insured charges are nonrefundable.
In no event shall LureBeauty.com, its owner J.A.W. Products, Inc., its subsidiary and parent companies or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, LureBeauty.com materials, products, or services, or third party materials, products, or services made available through the Service, or any part of the Service, even if LureBeauty.com is advised beforehand of the possibility of such damages. (Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain categories of damages, the above limitation many not apply to you. In such states, the liability of LureBeauty.com, its subsidiary and parent companies or affiliates is limited to the fullest extent permitted by such state law).
