Details
These Gel Eye Liners are so rich in color. Application is easy and has the ability to design and be creative. Lasts all day without smudging or creasing and are highly pigmented. These apply with ease using an angle liner brush such as our Millennium Define It Brush.
Note: Do not leave in warm temperatures. It will tend to melt or get runny if left in the hot sun, weather, or under hot lights.
Made in China. We do not make these at LureBeauty, Inc., but we have had a lot of requests to carry these.

| Directions: | We suggest using an angled liner brush such as the Millennium Define It Brush which is a favorite of our staff. (you may purchase on this page at the bottom). The color can go on very rich, so you only need a small amount, or if you get too much on the brush, blot the liner brush on a tissue before application. Jennifer noticed the first time she used it that it went on heavy, but then before doing the other eye, she blotted her brush on a tissue and the application on the other eye was perfect. |
