I had the worst breakouts for years until I started a routine that has been a godsend. I started this routine and it has cleared my skin up - sometimes I get a pimple here and there but usually I can tell it's from a week of eating chocolate or greasy foods - or a night where I forgot to wash my face before bed.

Jeanne started this same routine a few years ago and she says nothing has made her skin stay so nice and supple and clear. Keep this up and DON'T GIVE UP if you break out more in the first few weeks, this is a good thing, and it means your skin is purging the impurities that are below the surface and clearing out all of the bad "stuff."

Also, make sure you drink a lot of water, and some people have said that eating soy products makes them break out, so try to avoid soy if you think that is the problem.

Morning:

Step 1 - I start by using the Camphor Souffle deep pore cleanser.

Step 2 - I like to use a microdermabrasion cloth to just gently rub my face in circles for about 90 seconds. This seems to help with smoothing the skin and exfoliating dead skin.

Step 3 - Next I use the Acne Active cleansing gel.

Step 4 - After I get out of the shower, I use a 3% salicylic acid product with a gauze pad. We cannot sell pure salicylic on our website since we are not a licensed spa, but you can email me and I can let you know where I get it.  If you don't want to use the salicylic acid, you can use the Glycolic/Salicylic Eucalyptus Toner which contains glycolic acid, salicylic acid, & eucalyptus - all proven acne fighters.  I still highly recommend using a 3% salicylic acid at least once a week if you can; it really helps.

Step 5 - I use the lacsal serum all over my face.

Step 6 - I use glycolic serum 15 (we have the 15% but you can also buy glycolic serum 30 elsewhere. We cant get the 30% because only licensed spas are allowed to carry this - I can also tell you where I get this if you email me.

Step 7 - Wait a few minutes until you feel your face has dried and then use a few pumps of CP Serum or Super CP Serum mixed with a few pumps of emu oil (one of the ABSOLUTE BEST moisturizers because it penetrates all layers of your ski) all over your face. (Super CP Serum is slightly stronger than regular CP Serum and contains salicylic acid).

Step 8 - Dab a few drops of the blemish control gel on your face if you have any breakouts.

Evening:

Same steps as above, but in the beginning you might want to only use the treatment products once per day until your skin gets used to it, and then I started using twice per day, morning and night.

Once every 2 weeks I use a glycolic peel all over my face. This REALLY makes my skin feel smooth. You can also try using a salicylic acid 25% peel if you prefer that to really clean out the pores. I buy both and switch back and forth. I use the glycolic peel once a week and the salicylic 25% peel every two weeks.

I have tried everything since I was about 13 years old to clear my skin- I used to break out daily and nothing ever worked, and so far this is the ONLY ROUTINE that has worked continuously.

I also use the SuperCop 2x at night to get rid of old scarring. If you have never used Super Cop 2x, you may want to start out with the regular Super Cop here. Keep this up and DON'T GIVE UP if you break out more in the first few weeks, this is a good thing, and it means your skin is purging and clearing out.

Caution: Salicylic acid should NOT be used if you are pregnant. It is in the aspirin family and should never be used during pregnancy. While the topical form of salicylic acid has not been tested on pregnant women, many health care professionals recommend steering clear of using any ointment containing the chemical. This is especially true of facial and body peels. The more solution rubbed onto the skin, and absorbed into the bloodstream, the more risk there is. It's estimated that a body peel containing salicylic acid is the equivalent of taking one aspirin.
